Reservation should be done by fax or e-mail to ARIANE Travel & Tourism 30% of the amount should be paid then, and the rest will be paid 45 days before the group's arrival in order to guarantee the space booked.
In case the reservation is done in a period less than 45 days, the full amount is required upon reservation.
Payement could be done by credit card, cash, or bank transfer.

The final Rooming List should be given to at least 1 month prior to the group's arrival. If any change should be done after this period, the case should be discussed with us.

Every cancellation, for any reason, will to charges as follows :

Up to 45 Days prior to departure
$ 50 % person
Between 45 & 31 Days
$ 25 % of the amount paid
Between 30 & 8 Days
$ 50 % of the amount paid
Between 7 & 2 Days
$ 75 % of the amount paid
Less than 2 Days
$ 100 % of the amount paid

In case a person does not show up at the moment of departure, this would be considered as a last minute cancellation and will be charged 100% of the amount paid.

In case, For any particular reason the passenger finds itself obliged to change the program, a refund of all the unexecuted part of the program will be paid to the passenger.
In case, for any particular reason, the passenger finds himself obliged to change the program or skip any part of it, no will be requested.

Note that the jeita's grotto is closed on mondays and Beirut's Museum and Gibran Khalil Gibran's Museum are closed on mondays, tuesdays and during official holidays.
