|Tripoli, Lebanon - The Fourth Arab Trade Fair
|The Fourth Arab Trade Fair at Rachid Karame International Fairgrounds for a better economic sector in the city.
Held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture in Tripoli and North Lebanon, The Fourth Arab Trade Fair took place at Rachid Karame International Fairgrounds during the last week.
192 exhibitors from 12 countries participated and more than 16 000 visitors attended during the opening.
The exhibition allows to all visitors to discover consumer goods crafts, furniture, clothing and arts from Senegal, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Portugal, Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon.
After this initiative will be much more of Forums that are scheduled throughout the coming week.
In 1998, Tripoli-based Fairs International launched the first Arab Trade Fair in the northern Lebanese capital, with the participation of 150 Lebanese, Egyptian and Syrian exhibitors and attendance of over 100 000 visitors.
The third Arab Trade Fair in 2001 has witnessed more than 130 000 visitors.
Noting that the world-renowned architect, Oscar Nemeyer designed the Rachid Karame International Fairgrounds, over one million square meters in Lebanon's second largest city.
This latter designed also Brazil's capital city Brazilia.
