The new Dubaî Shopping Festival launched from Beirut
The new Dubaî Shopping Festival for 2003 will be promoted and launched from Beirut.

It is confirmed that it has been selected to be the first in a series of stops to promote next year's Dubai shopping extravaganza, organized to be launched from January 15th till February 15th. |

A big ceremony took place at the Metropolitan Hotel few days ago to present the new initiatives.
Many personalities were present and each one approved on these new ideas, highlighting the tremendous contribution that is being made by festivals like the Dubaî Shopping Festival toward enhancing tourism in Arab countries and competing with other world-class destinations.
Noting also, the exchanges between Beirut and Dubaî to increase tourism and attract visitors.
For the 2003 year, the DSF will be celebrated under the theme: "One World, One Family, One Festival".
All kind of attractions will satisfy all tastes: shopping at 3,000 outlets, entertainment, a global village, the carpet oasis and all sort of sports activities, beside this luxury cars, cash, gold and other prizes amounting to $150,000 daily will be offered to the public.
Organizers also said an $800,000 grand prize draw will be held on the final day.
