The emerging hotels in downtown Beirut is Lebanon's new wave
Based on an announcement from the team of Solidere, this year is witnessing deals for hotel projects that worthes around $200 million. |

These hotels are planned to appear between 2003 and 2005 in downtown Beirut.
Last week, Solidere has signed a $52.5 million property sale agreement with Kuwaiti firm Landmark, because $150 million will be invested to build a five-star hotel and a complex of residential apartments and commercial offices.
The two partners that assisted to this business touristical deal were represented by Solidere's Nasser Chamaa and Landmark's Kuwaiti shareholder Sheikhah Saadah.
In september, as we mentionned before, the old Hilton will give place to a new hotel of $100 million. Noting also that Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is launching a multi-million dollar Four Seasons and Marina Towers project at the Saint George Bay, also in Beirut.
