INK SOLVENTS

The ink solvent family consists of various fast-solvents,
with different cleaning strengths and evaporating speeds. They are especially
developed for:

(Chrome Rollers ...)

ROLLER CARE PRODUCT

FRIDAY A + FRIDAY B
If you can see it, it is already too late – calcium carbonate deposits on
the rollers, that is. The only thing which will remove them is an acid, and this
operation seldom leaves the roller itself undamaged. Calcium carbonates are salts
present in the paper, the colour (especially magenta, with its high pigment content)
and the water used. They are deposited to gradually form a microscopically thin
layer over the roller. Since they attract water, this constitutes an even more
troublesome problem on colour rollers, and in extreme cases the deposits can even
bring the entire printing procedure to a halt.
FRIDAY ON MY MIND
So act to prevent them. With its «friday» treatment, DruckChemie has an
exclusive product in its range – one which provides a lasting, prophylactic effect.

This package of measures for the prevention of
damaging deposits consists of an activating agent which identifies the calcium
carbonate and a flushing material which disperses it. These materials are applied
once (always on a friday) after your colour rollers have been subjected to their
normal cleaning procedure. The treatment lasts for four weeks and ensures that
you can rely on consistent printing quality.
POROPAST
