Some important dates in the Hospital history...
1883 : An agreement between the French government and the Jésuites Fathers
gives birth to the Faculté Française de Médecine(FFM) of Saint Joseph University
(USJ). The faculty lacks an application hospital.
1923 : The Hotel Dien de France opens its doors and welcomes its first
patient.
1984 : The management of the Hospital is transfered to the Saint Joseph
University, but it still belongs to the French state.
2001 : Inauguration of the new hospital building gathering new hospitalisation
services, a radiotherapy service, new laboratories premises, administration offices
and an underground parking. |
